Our cuisine is our pride and joy. Because we love to pamper our guests, we work closely with our Elban chef to offer you a varied and authentic menu that always reflects the traditions of our beautiful region.
The breakfast buffet and dine-in dinner are served in our two dining rooms with panoramic windows and sea views. At breakfast, we present the dinner menu. If you choose to dine with us, you can select your meal from the available meat and fish dishes. Afterward, you can enjoy our homemade desserts and/or the ice cream included in the menu. Whether you opt for breakfast only or dinner is entirely up to you each day, allowing you to tailor your holiday to your needs.
Children are very welcome at our hotel. For children requiring special baby food or soups, we are happy to prepare them personally, even using your own ingredients.
We pay special attention and consideration to guests with food intolerances or special dietary requirements, particularly gluten-free options, at both breakfast and dinner.
