Elba is the third largest Italian island and the largest island of the Tuscan Archipelago. Elba Island is also known as the Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea and is a few kilometers away from the Tuscan coast. Elba can be reached by ferry transport from the port of Piombino. There are several ferry companies that travel to Elba. This island is in the summer season to well-known for its beautiful beaches to swim and in the off-season for the breathtaking, unspoiled nature perfect for all outdoor sports.
